I get where you’re coming from with a UK speedway slant on things. From an everyday/everyman meaning then “Any other rider with an established average, cannot drop below 4.00 in the Premiership or Championship Leagues at any time during the season” means any other rider with an established average, cannot drop below 4.00 in the Premiership or Championship Leagues at any time during the season. An argument of this sort is EXACTLY why we will never be taken seriously as a bona fide sport, unfortunately. BTW, I call a spade a spade - discuss. -

My mistake, must have misunderstood what I was told. I’ll add to the fun , as I don't know the proper averages.. Wright Riss Jorgensen Edwards Mulford Bailey and Phillips ( doubling up in Tigers NDL ) -
