As AceBelle says, it's not just about a result, a top team has to be around 50+ at home. Away from home there's no chance of the top 3 scoring 30+. Sheffield would have been far far better leaving out a Holder or Woffinden & making sure Rowe was at No6. I think they could be in real trouble -

If i remember rightly Hume chucked away 2 or 3 points when in scoring positions in the home leg of the play off final against Sheffield the season before last that in the end made the difference between Ipi holding on for the aggregate win come the second leg at Sheffield, all ifs buts and maybes after the event tho you could say. -

If it is jake mulford he has had some good rides at workington Starke rode well last year after joining but can he keep concentration over full season Wouldn't be against him being last rider -
You can't fault the enthusiasm of Hume and I imagine he is great to have around the pits, but as others have mentioned, his keenness is often his undoing unfortunately
