Exactly mate, if the lineup is complete and everyone seems to know who we’ve got anyway then why not just announce it and get it out the way? and as you said they can start selling season tickets then 

They've got more chance of signing Aston Villa winger Leon Bailey.

Love it when clubs just get it over a done with ASAP instead of drip fedding announcements.  Fair enough if it's Birmingham because fans of the sport genuinely have no idea about who's lining up for them but everyone else is common knowledge at this point so clubs may as well confirm everything now considering we're already in Mid-November. Fans can get those season tickets then.
