Yep that’s always a problem for the sport. I love Paco but at 7.11 he’d be a heat leader which I just don’t see. I also think that’s about his max - there doesn’t feel like room to improve. All in my opinion obviously. -

Palovaara is an excellent signing. If they can find a decent rider to ride at 1 or 5 that would be an OK heatleader trio. Add Paco and Lasse to complete the top 5? -

The point being made though is that the Regs you're quoting there aren't part of the Regulations for guests ... in there it says simply that a rider guesting in another league who doesn't have an Established MA in that league will be subject to the 1.5 conversion factor. There's no cross reference to the Reg you've quoted. it's the usual SCB/BSPL ambiguity ... -

Why would it be madness? He got that average because he improved. Of course being Speedway, having a great season cam be a reason to get dropped!
