Considering Jody is only 18 in Feb 25 that's not a bad meeting haul as of Jan 2025 and that's not counting all the younger rider individual meetings. If he is doing okay I am sure that another team would go for him if they see he is doing well (assuming Oxford could/do not want to fit him in.
