Well... you don't exclude GP riders for no reason, you set a realistic points limit that makes it affordable for all. That's the theory anyway. -

If they are going with one big league it has to be without GP riders or the teams that are top four now will still be top four how can Berwick and Workington for instance afford GP riders will teams be able to choose their preferred race day, because if not you will have a small top league and a much larger bottom league
