The fence is a pretty standard modern stock car fence. The posts will have two or three wires (think pit head machinery lifting gear) on them to make the fence high enough to stop cars joining the spectators. Aldershot, Ipswich and until closure Arena Essex all have similar fences. Not ideal for speedway but vital for car racing safety.

Taken down before stock car meetings but I guess if no stocks it’s left up until the next speedway meeting

Big advantage of kings Lynn foam barrier riders who fall don’t tend to end up underneath it air fences lift up and offer less protection - Chris Holders crash at Coventry is prime example.

I agree. Having lost Swindon a few years ago, the only speedway for me has been on Eurosport/Discovery+ which I have enjoyed. I have absolutely no intention of spending £30 a month on top of my current Sky subscription to purchase additional sports from TNT only one of which I am interested in watching.
