I have to disagree.  In April, each club will be (or should be, if they recruited sensibly) at exactly the same strength as it was at Easter this year.  Not stronger, not weaker. The same.

Yes I went to the Mildenhall vs Peterborough Panthers meeting on October 25th this year. It was a Nora meeting, I liked the format, especially the the way the last 3 heats are run.

Of course if will be weaker. The par will always be 42.. An average team that started the season with a GSA of 40 will over the course of the season rise to 42 as 2024 scores are replaced by 2025 scores.
