I think that do ten years and a testimonial is deserved, regardless of teams ridden for.. Especially as many riders get moved simply because of averages, and not down to being their choice... And with doubling up and down now prevalent, and tracks closing at almost one a year over the past decade, any rider nowadays has pretty much zero chance of staying with the same club in both leagues.. Supporting British Speedway for ten years on the bounce deserves some recognition... -

I really hope the Comets have a replacement for Cook could be a long and uncomfortable season. Hold tight folks next season team is running on a shoe string.. Rumours the club is in financial ruin and this could prove it. Workington will not replace Cook to same standard or above. -
