If rumours are true that only 1 rider with over an 8 average per team then Jeppesen wouldn't fit unless you dropped Richard, which is highly unlikely -

Why would Tai get 8%? Usual brit reduction is 2.5%? -
Henka was a bit too fond of a beer to be World Champion. Still the most exciting rider I've ever seen or ever likely to see though, those three seasons he had at Lynn were incredible.
