I always wanted to see Peterborough eventually get the win when they were at home but I enjoyed the meeting far less if it was a non event in terms of a contest. I don’t follow the sport particularly closely in this country anymore but the results I’ve seen so far pop up on social media are a concern I think, like I’ve said before when you start with a league that only has 7 teams having 3 sides that are very poor is not good for what is already a very hard business to sell (speedway) Congratulations to Ipswich who have put together a very strong side, hopefully another team can step up and compete with them come later in the year. -

Whilst I agree in principle about price. Neither the promotion or the broadcaster should be advertising it as the “top 4 scorers from each team”. Before a wheel was even turned tonight it was pretty obvious that Emil, Doyle and MJJ would be 3/8 top scorers and paying fans would be expecting to see them come out in the event. It’s pretty poor all round from my perspective.
