Luke Harrison is eligible for ndl but currently has no spot

What 'antics' has Brady been up to. I don't know him as a rider very well, but to me he seems like one of the more level headed and less whingy of the aussies that are about. Am I missing something?

Question then. Does that mean Luke Harrison and Jake Mulford are both ineligible for the NDL too, given that both of their averages are above 4.00 in the CL. Or because they currently have NDL averages are they allowed? Also is it just the final averages that count? Jack Smith had an average over 5 at one point but is now below 4, would he be eligible. Thanks.
