Get what you're both saying, the only issue is that this side doesn't have the strength in depth to run R/R. With Cook being the lowest average out of the main riding order and only being the 1 above able to take R/R (Kvech) & reserves, it'll be a dangerous tactic if (as has been happening) another in the top 5 flops. The makeup of this teams must have riders fill the top 5 spots. Guests at No6 is by far (right now) the option.
