Hagon would finish the side off and make it look pretty strong (certainly at home) however if the other reserve berth is weak/new to british speedway i can see another year of close but fall short come the play offs

Question is after his injury will he be one of those deemed ‘not good enough’!!    From what I saw of Gilkes last year I wasn’t so impressed - pleased for Hume nice guy and maybe he deserved another crack  - he will try hard but yes some  points may get lost through falls! Mind you when I saw him at Ipswich in 22 and 23 I get the feeling track didn’t always suit his riding style - Owlerton is probably better suited to him!
