that kind of does suggest that vp is more senior than grahn but as with many speedway rules its not crystal clear the blobby bleating is funny tho -

I'd say you are correct as Victor has had experience on uk tracks before. -
There’s nothing in the rules to say he can’t but the unofficial rules made up by certain promoters will see Grahn start at reserve.

Only thing I can see about it in the regulations is this, though not sure if the second paragraph would apply since Victor has been away for some time, I'd assume Victor would be 5th in averages but maybe Edinburgh can choose. In any declaration where 2 or more riders hold an identical MA (cannot be determined by a 3rd or more decimal point) then the re-declaration must nominate the hierarchical order. Where riders have a previous MA, then the higher placed rider from the previous issue shall retain the higher position.

How about a season opener against the Monarchs closest track and a fair few from Edinburgh attending. Should also get the Confidence up as you pump them what’s not too like.
