Wood could surprise a few he was a lot faster and controlled last season, finished the season with a higher NDL average than the likes of Harrison, Pijper, Hodder, Spencer and Perry. Also scored 3+1 beating both Mulford and Trigger when guesting for Edinburgh at Redcar. Tike will tell if he can do it consistently at Championship level but I’d say he’s on a par with most of the two pointers signed so far. -
Etherington already has a season for Scunfield under his belt. -
As I was absent from speedway for a while and missed the controversy at the time, can someone please explain why Woffinden is considered a 'ringer' in 2016 despite riding in a fair number of league matches in August/September, but Lambert wasn't in 2022 when he only rode in the playoff matches ? Not trying to start a war, just curious. -
Kildemand confirmed as the No.1 at Berwick. Conversion rate is x 1.5 isn't it? Therefore Kildemand has to be on a GSA over 5.50 considering Cook's Championship average is 8.42 after the 2.5% Reduction. Erik Riss' 5.55 Premiership average only converts into a 8.32 Championship average. -

Not sure Leicester would go with 2 green reserves but hard to argue with the strength of the side. Foord, Springer and James all got plenty of improvement in those averages
